I loved the comfortable atmosphere and the delicious variety of meals they offered, which fit perfectly with my healthy eating preferences.

Whole place was fairly clean with glorious views; marvellous and charming location in Drakensberg area...

Beds were very firm.

The idea to include coffee & tea making facilities and a refrigerator in the a double room was nice. We had mountain view with an exceptionally comfortable bed.

Breakfast was very disappointing, can be way much better.

From skeptic to superfan

The amazing mountain views and spacious room. Dining options were diverse and exquisitely prepared, with attentive staff enhancing the overall experience.

At times, common areas felt congested, limiting the peaceful atmosphere expected in such a scenic retreat.

I found the hotel's location great, right by the guided hikes and the evening entertainment for the fortnight, a giant nature reserve, and the beautiful mountains and the rivers. The staff has always been very pleasant, and the facilities were QUITE COMFORTABLE.

We had a great time enjoying the buffet meals and loved relaxing by the heated swimming pool and garden area. The views from our Standard King Room were absolutely stunning, and lounging in the sun was a treat. The decor felt a bit outdated, but it really didn’t take away from our enjoyable stay. 🌞

Fine mountain views and fun crazy golf, but packed lunches need water.

The amazing mountain views from our room were exquisite, and the beautifully decorated public areas were such a delight. It felt so accessible, nice for leisurely strolls to the lovely dining areas, perfect for seniors like myself.

More seating in common areas would be appreciated.

The stay was quite enjoyable with beautiful surroundings perfect for exploring local attractions like Mike's Pass and Doreen Falls. The executive suite provided a gorgeous view and the hotel offered a varied menu, catering to different tastes with delicious meals every evening. The staff was friendly. The pillows and lighting in the room could use some improvement.

Check-in was easy and the helpful staff took care of our baggage. The guided walk we participated in was led by an excellent guide, and the surrounding scenery was amazing. Meals offered a great variety, and the food was delicious.

The Superior Double or Twin Room had amazing mountain views. It was spacious with a private bathroom, tv, refrigerator, and tea/coffee maker. The outdoor pools were perfect. The food? So good! Lots of options for all tastes, and drinks were quick to arrive. Spa facilities included amazing massages and facial treatments available.

I stayed for 4 nights in a Superior Double or Twin Room. The views of the mountains were fine. The guided walks and horse riding activities were excellent. The team was attentive and accommodating to my needs. The food options were diverse and delicious 🌄

The hiking trails are a dream 😍 The vistas and well-maintained routes are lovely. Just wish the dining area was a bit more lively and cute. But overall, a great escape!

The location is amazing with views of the mountains that are hard to forget. Our room was spacious and well-equipped, and we were consistently impressed by the quality and variety of the meals offered. The staff were cute and efficient. The decor in the rooms could use a refresh to match the beauty of the surroundings.
